We spent 2 nights in there and would definitely go back. The setting was perfect.

Nothing, all great. It met my requirements.

The place provided a refrigerator, a microwave, and climate control in all rooms, and the staff was very helpful and exceptionally nice.

Staff is attentive and consistently courteous. Has exceptionally comfortable beds. They offered kitchenette, that consisted of a microwave oven, a fridge and glassware. There's views of the ocean. The venue has incredible setting to a new restaurant.

Staff is amicable, great job everyone.

The rooms here are modern, spacious, and offer fantastic views, with all the amenities and a balcony, and the staff members are knowledgeable and incredibly accommodating.

Peaceful location just off the boardwalk, shops, everything perfect. The staff was very helpful and exceptional. We received excellent greeting too. It was protected with smoke detectors.

The location of the hotel was excellent, being within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The pool was a great size and offered a nice view of the ocean.

The room we stayed in was a bit dated and could use some updates. The TV in one of the rooms had a blurry picture, which was a bit disappointing.

The staff was friendly and the service was exceptional. The apartment had a fantastic view and all amenities. I appreciated the roll-in shower, hair dryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom.

We loved the location on the beach, with easy access to all the restaurants in town within 15 minutes. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a refreshing pool and spacious rooms that felt more like apartments. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, with all the necessary amenities like a coffee machine, fridge, and microwave. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

This is a great place to stay if you're traveling to Placencia.

Stayed for New Year's and had a fantastic time! The staff was incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a great balcony offering stunning views. The location was perfect, right in the heart of all the restaurants and shops. And the best part was the private beach just steps away, where we spent the days lounging and enjoying the crystal-clear water.

The only downside was that the beachside rooms were a bit pricey, but overall it was well worth it for the amazing experience we had.

The bathroom was clean and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable, ready to assist with anything.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a lovely apartment near the beach. The spacious room had a balcony with a view of the Caribbean. The kitchen was fully-equipped, perfect for a long-term stay. I enjoyed the fresh water pool and the beach access. The staff, Rosa and Nina, went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The location was great, with restaurants and bars just a short walk away.

I was disappointed that there was no adjustment made for a beachside room that I had paid for but didn't receive.

The room had a fridge, dishwasher, and microwave oven, making it convenient for us. The staff here were friendly and always willing to assist us with any questions or requests.
